Hang on logo problem in nokia 5130c mobile is not only software problem, it also come with hardware..
You can try bellow method one by one before start full flash the phone with latest version firmware.
1. Fast full wash pcb
2. Try to remove mmc ic
3. Remove bluetooth (b/t) ic
4. Remove camera (Many time it work 100%)
5. If not then, reheat cpu and flash ic
6. Last solution is reball flash ic and cpu.
